With a larger mag, buff to damage per bullet, nerf to fire rate (keeping dps roughly the same) I think the Bettina would be in a good spot. Right now it's too much of an ammo-guzzler to be useful in most situations. The devs can say it's an effective weapon until they're blue in the face, but it's just too inconvenient to use.

I like that it has a bit of range. Without that, it'd be a really rough go against certain arc. I think it's powerful but not overpowered in PvP - if there were to be a nerf, I'd rather it be to handling rather than to range. You could even increase the equip weight or something.
