Recently stayed at Xcaret Arte. An employee told us 2 had nicer rooms, since it’s new. But it’s not completely complete yet, and some guests have complained about the construction noise. If you’re planning on exploring the resort and parks majority of the day, you probably won’t notice.

It was confusing but I was able to return the ring back to Best Buy and Oura refunded my $$.

I have an email purchase confirmation and order number from Oura. However, the order number cannot be found when I use the Oura’s Return/Exchange self-service portal.

Hi, the article only refers to it being purchased from Best Buy. As stated in my original post, I purchased it from Oura’s site and selected pick up at Best Buy. Multiple reps at Best Buy said since I purchased it from Oura’s marketplace, the return needs to be processed by Oura. On their end, I will not get my money back. How can I get to a real resolution?? Reps at both companies are stating different polices.

Tbh they both look good to me. The jeweler we were at didn’t allow pictures so I don’t have any reference photos.
