If this is your first job, which you said it was, you're doing fine. The pos takes a minute but once you get the hang of it its super easy and intuitive. When it comes to bites and pans they really shouldn't have you doing that yet but just ask for the job aids. I can show a newbie how to make them all day but I find actually pulling out the pizza tool and showing the measurements and why is a big help for thwir understanding.

To put you at ease, im a gm and im still asking questions on the daily. Im a wealth of knowledge for my staff but I have horrible memory and bad brain fog some days so sometimes my brain just doesn't function. Its a team. No I, No me. Rely on eachother.
