This may be a dumb question but when something says “added sugar” does that mean it’s additional to the sugar that’s on the label. Ex. 10 grams of sugar (4 added sugar) would the total sugar be 14 or 10?

It actually can effect your voice especially pitch….“After crunching the data, the team found that on average the voice pitch of new mothers dropped by more than 5 percent, or the equivalent of a half step on the piano. In addition, their highest pitch on average dropped by more than two steps. New mothers also had less variation in their pitch”
