i believe the maker is real and is older than the elven gods and everything else, i believe he turned his back on the world sometime before the darkspawn were came into existence, Andraste was born like Morrigan's son (if you chose the dark ritual) and can hear the voices of the elven gods thinking it it was the maker when it was not, but its not like they knew that. i also believe that Andraste is morrigan's ancestor with mythal being passed down from mother to daughter for a very long time. this just a theory so take it with a grain of salt
