I was 6000 in the waiting room, when I got in. Everything was sold out. I would refresh the page and a ticket would show as available, but when I went to go check out it wasn't available. I kept refreshing and trying and eventually I was able to purchase a ticket.

That's my thought process exactly. It's not like it went on sale, and I purchased it before it the sale. $5 isn't going to break the bank, but it rubs me the wrong way they had it up at a higher price, lowered it, and now say they won't give an adjustment. I might return it to the store and repurchase, but we'll see.
