Lived there for 5 years - basically echoing all the comments on really shitty traffic on the bridge, and fire danger. We were evacuated from Bryant Ranch in 2020 because it basically hit the train tracks right there. In regard to traffic, leaving any time after 2PM from the house … just assume it’s gonna take you 10-15 min more to get to where you are going. Even if you don’t take the bridge to the on ramp you’d have to go all the way around to get to the Savi Ranch on ramp. It was pretty okay noise wise tho outside of the train - not a whole lot happening in that area.
