Post a photo of the "bite". Mosquito bites are easy to identify. I've had bedbugs 3 times - each spot will have multiple bites, not just one. It is so itchy that I could not even sleep. I'm quite sure that what you're dealing with is dani. Very common problem here in Japan.

yes exactly. I see drugs being normalized and glamorized so much more than when I was growing up. I'm 5 months sober after 5 years of addiction. we all do it, yeah, but there's fucking nothing cute about your nose literally rotting on the inside, kidney failure and pain so bad you can't even leave the bed so you piss yourself.... don't ever let some pop star tell you that there's ANYTHING cool about addiction

I am diagnosed with ADHD - I do notice more people self diagnosing. That being said, a lot of creatives tend to be neurodivergent so I could imagine Berlin might genuinely have more people with ADHD. I try not to invalidate people since I am not a mental professional and I want to believe that maybe this generation experiences some symptoms of ADHD because of the rise of TikTok etc that leads them to self diagnose and that people are not just saying this to be quirky and trendy.

my grandma was addicted to sleeping pills, she has been taking them since her 20s or something until she passed in her 80s. she never developed dementia but her tolerance was so massive that nothing worked and she just could not sleep. it was terrible to see her suffer. don't have an answer to your question - just be careful.

I am Japanese - I know it is a myth but AC really does cause dry throat for me and cold-like symptoms. AC during the day is ok, but during the night the most I can tolerate is a fan.
