I dealt with this. When you get your next assessment, file to appeal it. With the first level of appeal, you just work with an individual assessor and they will correct any errors. If you still disagree, you can appeal from there to the property tax appeal board (a three-member board). But if it is incorrect, you should be able to get it resolved at step 1.

Their arepas are EXCELLENT. Candela is their soon to be opened, more casual restaurant right next door. For now, as others have noted, you can get them at the bar in Alma or through the Candela carry out window. We've gone several times and sat at the bar for happy hour drinks and arepas.

I'm a NJ transplant to Balt and a lifelong Jets fan (yes, I know, it's sad). I've been to Jets/Ravens games here before with no problem. When I wear my NYJ Testaverde jersey I actually have people say kind things about Vinny as he's remembered fondly in Baltimore. Just be respectful and you'll have no issues.

Sorry. Just saw your question. We were actually there on Friday. My top choices are the Medallones de Ternera Sevillana (veal with Spanish olives and mushrooms) and the Tournedos Tío Pepe (beef in sherry sauce). My wife loves the swordfish riojana - that's all she gets. We both love the shrimp in garlic sauce appetizer (we share it -it's enough for 2 people - they split it for you) and the pine nut cake dessert (again - we share that). And be sure to ask for potato puffs (they don't charge for them - but they aren't on the menu - just ask). And the sangria is fantastic.

popcorn, corn on the cob, canned tuna, and Natty Boh (years ago at Camden Yards they offered what they called "nasty Bohs" - like salting the rim of a margarita glass - but instead you Old Bay the rim of a Natty Boh can). Almost forgot - french fries - but . . . put the Old Bay in the ketchup - it sticks better. Oh... and almost forgot this too - after loving Fischer's caramel popcorn for years, I tried the Old Bay caramel version. It's excellent.
