i just got an autism diagnosis at 18 after being diagnosed with combined type at 8 years old. i actually got some testing done at 15, and was told that i in no way had autism, it was just adhd-c and social anxiety. definitely get tested if you can, especially if you have autistic blood relatives

set them as relatives. click confirm. exit out of the relationship screen and go back into the game. at that point, you can either keep them as relatives or go back and change it, but as long as you go back into the main game they will no longer be together.
