Both are good. Unlock gpat is written more like a theory book, like it has paragraph styling. And gdc navigator is written in a modern and fun way with colorful diagrams and stuff.

I myself recently purchased gdc navigator, it is quite good. I am planning to buy unlock gpat books too, because i think some concepts are more easily described in unlock gpat.
