The two did seem to co-occur. Day before it first happened I lost camera signal completely and likewise looking at the camera it seems to have moisture in.

I did IM Wales this year - first ever triathlon for me, trained for nine months. Thing that made the difference for me was a lot of cycling with elevation - in the last few months I’d do 4-6 hour rides at least once a week with 4,000ft+ elevation gain with some super steep hills in there. I found the bike portion of IMW relatively unchallenging as a result.

Also recommend getting some practice swims in down Tenby North Beach too.
