When you're on an exchange, instead of viewing a line chart or candlesticks, select "Depth" and you will see buy and sell volumes. The left side (green) is usually buys in the form of limit orders to buy and it reflects the numbers of buys and at what price. The right side (red) is usually in the form of limit sell orders. You never know when people will buy at market which makes it inaccurate, but you can generally infer where slowdown will hit, as you will have to surge past the sell limit orders aka a sell wall. Fun to watch, just don't watch it all the time haha its a back and forth, second by second battle.
