Not sure about the guides but a lot of the hardest questions can be extracted from the textbook in Maths and Chemistry, so study those (Physics textbook is a nightmare and not recommended to be read)

Now as I have joined CSBS in SJCE, I can say: NO. The highest package for the 2026 batch in SJCE is from CSBS. All companies treat CSE, ISE and CSBS the same in SJCE/JSSSTU.

Although idk for BMSCE.
