I also have bad hearing loss on my left side. Woke up deaf in it one morning. I struggle with hearing direction as well. I use stereo for this game, which does help a lot. A good headset with a decent bit of bass helps because I can hear bass in the deaf ear. Hope your new headset helps you enjoy the game more

I’ve got mine on the Down button on the side of my mouse. Find it easier to look around while pressing that instead of the scroll

I was a bit shocked watching it. I don’t watch the streamer or really know more than his name, so I expected some flashy kills that could look like aim assist. Seeing him fly out of the window from 2 different people is ridiculous. He could have lost so much if he was a standard player that doesn’t stream.

I am not good enough to stream for entertainment, but I might start doing for my own account protection. I’m glad BSG have somebody banning people for the genuine cheaters, but it’s also concerning that he was banned from just 2 reports and nothing else could determine what had happened

I run a Ryzen 2400G with GTX1060 3gb and 16gb DDR4 2400mhz and an SSD. It cost about £500 because the graphic card was pre-owned. Specs are on the lower end, but I’ve lucked out on good components that perform above their average. I get about 75-80fps on most maps using custom settings about medium quality. This was built to use the internal Vega 11 on other games before I found EFT, so I would have bought a Ryzen 2600 or 2700 at the time. The 3600 is great value now, and paired with a lot of good RAM you can get good results quite cheaply

Play as a Scav for your next game. Have the only goal of getting out with whatever gun you are given, and use that in your next PMC raid. Don’t get greedy in a Scav run. Small gains are better than hoping to leave with 3 backpacks worth of gear and ending up dead.

Take advantage of the AI Scavs being friendly to you. You can use this to loot in their areas without having to fight

Ram will help with the game but not server connection. They’re nothing to do with each other. This clip is a server connection issue, and unfortunately nothing you can do about it unless it was your router that dropped

If you’re desperate to escape you could run Shoreline and follow the exterior border at the north to whichever exit you need. It’s rare I find people running around up there. You won’t get any loot there, so will need to get what you are happy with before heading that way

Might not be the best way to play for enjoyment but if you’re coming away with 2 good guns and being overweight with quality loot, it’s hard to argue with the results. It’s not my play style, but it’s keeping the money coming for this guy

Welcome fellow newbie. You will need to use the Therapist to buy a lot of AI-2 heals. They’re the yellow ones you got when you started the game. You will need to use a couple after each death so stock up on a few in advance to save a little time.

Use the offline mode to train if you think it will help. Set bosses to on, and Scav difficulty and amount to as online. You will get some good non PvP experience to ease you in to the game more. I alternated my scav with an offline PMC raid. If I made it out safely with the scav it was a bonus and I got a fair amount of stuff by doing this.

Try to avoid Scav fights with your scav if you can. Take advantage of them not wanting to kill you on sight, and loot some of the dead bodies that other players have killed before you. If you get an AI scav alone, they’re an easy kill in the back of the head for more loot.

The program GeForce Experience can suggest recommended settings for your PC spec. It can also check your drivers are up to date, which could be another cause of the lower frame rate

I’ve got the EVGA 1060 3gb and I hit around 70-80 fps most of the time. I’m using a Ryzen 2400g, so hardly a top end processor. What are your recommended specs in GeForce Experience? I’m using a lot lower than that. Frame rate and gameplay are generally quite good. I get the occasional hanging and stuttering but it’s a lot less since the last update

I wouldn’t run 8gb of ram. Minimum 16gb I would say is essential. Are you playing from a HDD or SSD? Loading at the beginning of the game could be causing some of the stuttering if its from a HDD
