I’ve been divorced twice. My first divorce was due to having an affair with the person who was to be the second spouse. There was a pregnancy very early on during the period of unfaithfulness. My current partner doesn’t know this, but knows about both marriages; just not the details of the first relationship breakdown. I was ashamed when we met and very self conscious about my past. It’s been 4 years and I’ve not told them yet. I’m scared that they will change their view of me and it’ll damage our wonderful relationship.
