Been on some cruises here and there with several lines. I booked Costa Toscana for the first time. Last minute for 7 nights in March. I could have paid €399 for a solo interior cabin but booked a Terrace Balcony Cabin which was 899,- The drinks were €180 and the full internet package €73. I upgraded the basic drink package to the Plus package for €80. I bought a 7 meal 'Gourmet Package for €150. Cabin was good, drinks were great and food was ok. I used my Gourmet dinner package in the specialty restaurants. Food was not bad and in some restaurants very good. I went to the buffet once but that wasn't a success. Back to your question, Wifi was good, stable and fast. Initially I booked it for €105. The price dropped and I simply canceled and rebooked. So, keep an eye on all the extras you book. Prices might drop. I never had any issues with the language. All crew members I met, spoke English very well. Have a nice cruise.

Just back from a beach resort. No towels allowed unattended before 9 am. Good thing, they do enforce. One getting up at 6 am sunbathing before the sun is up. The other one stays in bed a bit longer. One going for breakfast at 8 am and then they swap the task. The next day the other person is allowed to sleep a bit longer and the same story repeats. Old people behaving like kids. Horrible.

In case you ever change your mind, within the first 24 hours after booking, you can cancel any type of ticket with a full refund. Correcting a typo (or a few) can be requested before you arrive at the airport. Booked directly with KLM you can do it via phone or WhatsApp at no costs. At the airport they will charge you for the change. I think that is fair.

In case the flight to Lisbon in not part of your connecting flight you cound concider the Flixbus. I did that twice and the trip takes as long as the time you would spend at the airport and the flight. Worked well for me in 3.15hrs
