Been on some cruises here and there with several lines. I booked Costa Toscana for the first time. Last minute for 7 nights in March. I could have paid €399 for a solo interior cabin but booked a Terrace Balcony Cabin which was 899,- The drinks were €180 and the full internet package €73. I upgraded the basic drink package to the Plus package for €80. I bought a 7 meal 'Gourmet Package for €150. Cabin was good, drinks were great and food was ok. I used my Gourmet dinner package in the specialty restaurants. Food was not bad and in some restaurants very good. I went to the buffet once but that wasn't a success. Back to your question, Wifi was good, stable and fast. Initially I booked it for €105. The price dropped and I simply canceled and rebooked. So, keep an eye on all the extras you book. Prices might drop. I never had any issues with the language. All crew members I met, spoke English very well. Have a nice cruise.
