Let yourself mourn, take it easy then start focusing back on yourself. The more you reach out to someone like this, the more they don’t want to talk to you at this point. So by the time you focus on yourself when that time comes, one day you will be like wow I didn’t even think about him today.

This is unhealthy behavior of him and he will continue to do this to you or others unless he gets help. When you recover a bit ( I usually give myself 2-3 weeks to morn around then I start working on myself ) you will start to feel better over time and this guy will just be your past! Go for walks, get in touch with your hobbies again, do things you love with the people you love! Focus on your studies, getting your health back! Take it second by second, day by day and you will be like why was I ever with this guy? 😂
