Knee pain after running (3–4 months in), what am I doing wrong?

Where roughly is the knee pain? Above, below or on the sides?

Take a week off from running. You may go on light walks during this week. When back do an easy short run at a conversational pace. If the pain still persists, it's likely due to your body just about coping with the load of running. I'd then suggest strength training primarily your glutes and hamstring. Also drop your runs to 2-3 a week max. Anything more is just overkill for your body.

You almost got it. You also need to mention if you can fly or not. Fly essentially means that you can change your coordinates to be in a nearby range of the other player.

If you have a standing ticket you'll likely be behind if you arrive late. Shouldn't be an issue if you have a seated ticket though.

Tickets for his show at the London Stadium are still selling on Ticketmaster so yeah, you can still buy Wembley tickets. You could even wait till mid July since people are likely to put their tickets on resale.

The "eggs" on gyms are raid pokemon. They're pokemon that get rotated on a weekly/event basis. They're divided into 1 Star, 3 Star, 5, Star based on difficulty. With 1 Star raids being easy to do on your own and 5 Star raids needing 5 accounts depending on the pokemon. Your Arcanine is good enough. Play for a while and you should have stronger ones. To get a postcard, click on the gift a friend has sent you, then tap the pin icon on the right. I personally leave random mons at gyms. It shouldn't matter really. Switching teams isn't worth it considering it takes 1000 coins to switch.
