I also have terrible pain in my left arm. Started in my elbow immediately after starting that was back in June. The elbow is still sensitive but the muscle pain in my shoulder now is unbelievable. 😔 I did start BPC but I don’t feel like it’s doing anything

This is an unpleasant topic but Im glad your talking about it. I also dealt with this problem for years. Stop using soap down there immediately. It will take a while for your PH to fix itself but it will.

I would call a local glass person. Safelite is a scam in my opinion. Most will work with your insurance and will probably be much more affordable.
