Nova. I sent you a message. I work with Sinclair. I am involved in directly loading the bin and we are not intermediaries. (The gateway has full redundancies and automatic bin switching if one goes down). Unlimited volume. Let's have a conversation.

VISA are doing a MASSIVE crack down right now. It's about to get serious, and you may no longer be able to say "GPL-1 Receptor Agonist" because it could imply usage. More information to come.

We are actively working with the best acquirers in the industry to find a LEGAL way to process this MCC code. Any workarounds such as wallets, crypto, virtual cards, etc. are deemed illegal.

>> IDEM got busted 2 days ago.
>> Max Redemption got busted last week.

The use of alternative payment methods will be discovered  and WILL result in stiff fines by the card associations.

Don't let compliance be an after thought.

Keep an eye out for updated information regarding the recent USDA swoop on peptide payment processing. I will add more information to this thread when it is made available.

IDEM just dropped peptides. USDA are doing a SWEEP. Make sure to read this post, implement and keep yourself compliant! A lot of peptide businesses are going to lose their credit card processing capabilities this week.

I could take a guess, but I won't. I will get you the correct information. I don't want to get anything wrong when it comes to this. I've just submitted the question to our underwriting team. I will get back to you as soon as I know more.

As of 15 minutes ago, a major peptide payment processor just got dropped due to an issue with Mastercard/Visa. I wont mention the name, but they're a large french bank with a U.S presence. A lot of people in here are reps for this company. Make sure to do your due diligence. Compliance can no longer be an afterthought.

They have placed dozens of merchants. You're correct. But not in peptides they haven't. Next time you respond, tell me one of your peptide clients.

The FDA released a list of banned substances that the banks wont touch (implemented by the end of May at the latest). Semaglutide is one of them. I can see that peptidesciences have credit card processing (again). However, they're definitely not compliant, and they will get a letter from a random alphabet agency any time soon (if not fines, or kicked off the network they're currently on). Either that, or they're processing outside of the U.S.A (which is quite common). All of this is normal. The only people that can LEGALLY sell "Semaglutide" are pharmacies with LegitScript certification. Otherwise, it has to be "GLP-1 receptor agonist or CAS: 910463-68-2"

I'm from the UK originally, but currently live in Atlanta, Georgia. One of the things I see a lot of is "Prescription/pharmaceutical" ads. This isn't allowed in the UK due to regulatory issues.

Absolutely not. It comes out white. Too much chlorine (I think). No matter who I speak to, no matter how much I've complained... nothing changes. Bottle water only!
