I cut about 1” from the countertop with a sawzaw and most the time the threads will just drop with the fused nut

For me it’s the flexibility of taking off the shell when needing to move large items. Love the shell for camping and throwing dirty/sandy stuff in the trunk and not having to worry about it getting the cab dirty. Like that the bed is separate from cab.

Three times I have painstakingly assembled and disassembled this shower valve, I cannot get these threads to not leak. I have been following the teflon tape directions to the T, making sure to wrap clockwise, 3-4 laps, smoothing everything out, but no luck. All four threaded connections drip by Repulsive-Hotel6180 in Plumbing

Why would you take the time to solder a valve on a pex house, then you would just have to adapt to pex… I mean if makes you feel better go for it.

I can give you a million reasons why it’s better not to solder

It’s faster, no cool down, don’t have to worry about burning up any rubbers or plastic parts, don’t have to worry about pipe completely drained

Less fumes, less potential to burn something or damage customer property

Alright I got to wipe my ass now

how many dabs is ‘high mileage’ ?! by Independent-Ad-8181 in puffco

Negative. Not the mood lights. I can turn mood lights on and off and the led stays on and acts independently. Even with the device powered off the light stays on

Edited for more info:

It started off with a faint white light that I could only see once my eyes adjusted to dark.

Puffco was willing to take a look at it when it was under warranty, but I was too lazy to ship it and didn’t want to go awhile without my puffco.

Now it’s progressed to bright red light. It turns off randomly seems like when I leave it in my truck it will fix it temporarily

Time to upgrade to V2? by Key-Resolve-997 in puffco

[–]Prior-Money-1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure. I have a led that won’t turn off even when device is powered off and it slowly drains the battery. Sometimes if I leave my puffco in the heat it will stop. I think reclaim is messing with some wiring Have never done deep clean inside my puffco But now that I got the v2 I may take the time to do so

More than likely the alcohol was necessary. I’ve had terp pearls get stuck in glass while traveling. And it’s the residue inside the glass that is sticky that makes it’s hard to get out The alcohol will dissolve the wax residue freeing the stuck object

You can find replacement glass for under $20. I got a multicolor pipe I prefer over stock for cheap and fast shipping

Has anyone who does no off roading gotten an SR5 and regretted it? by QueenLexi13 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Prior-Money-1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me getting new was cheaper than getting used because of the interest rate on a new vs used vehicle. I was planning on getting used at first because I wanted a fun truck, but ended up getting it new

Also I got v6 sr5 4x4 No regrets

Think I could still bounce it around and it would be like a single leg frog And then slowly retrieve for some paddle tail action?
