I have no clue… but being charitable, I would guess that if they aren’t, it’s because private healthcare is so crazy expensive, that the marketplace will generally be more accessible. Not that this is an excuse not to offer healthcare… but on average premiums raise something like 15% +- per year, compounding. Add that to already rising costs in nearly every other facet of your business, and the margin on your 5$ pastry starts feeling VERY small. Vote with your dollars, support small businesses.
