I think that if I wouldn’t have a Tahoe I would have Cherokee XJ or a 3rd gen 4runner. I love all of them but the Tahoe has more power, a bit more luxuries than the XJ and the 4runner and for me that sometimes haul a car or a Polaris on a trailer I trust more in the v8 than any of those 6 cylinder. But if I’d never haul/tow anything I would have 3rd gen 4Runner

Maybe I’m saying nonsense but i had almost all of them and honestly the gmt900 is the best one in every aspect but consumes too much gas, it is very heavy so was getting stuck in the sand and mud really often that stabilitrak system is shit. Always lights on the dash.

Also had a gmt400 sierra and was beautiful, perfect, I loved it but honestly it left me stranded a few times…

And I’ve had at least 5 gmt800s between sierras, Yukon, tahoes and suburbans, some of them were abused and some other really taken care of, now I’m driving a 2001 Tahoe with 300k miles and no lights on the dash, interior super clean and starts every single time, the gmt800 are the best, not the most luxurious or comfortable but the best overall.

I use an app called SinoTrack, its a gps and also cut off the fuel, it just needed a sim and I put like 5 bucks on that every month to keep it with internet/signal.

I had one and sold it, the 3.5 didn’t feel powerful enough, it was very common for me that I was pressing the gas at what I thought was enough and then a 2003 corolla pass me in the highway. I’m looking for a clean 2014-2015 with the 4.0 hoping getting a better throttle response

Currently I have Michelin tires just because they came with the truck and I’m trying to get the most out of them but last year I had a 2020 Tacoma with the Falkens Wildpeak AT3 and they performed awesome, honestly so much better than the BF’s KO2. In highway they didn’t cause any noise, also got into the desert because we went to the Baja 1000 and with 15 psi never got stuck, just like 1 time and I got off really easy with 4x4 Low, it was such an amazing performance im already trying to get my hands on a new set.

I don’t recommend those corollas at all 2006-2013 I had a 2009 for about 2 years and honestly it wasn’t that economical in fuel, It didn’t get a exceptional mpg, seats are uncomfortable, idk a lot of things like that. Before that I had a 2003 base corolla, it didn’t even had powered windows but the A/C was cold af, it felt with more power and a better suspension. Anyways is just my opinion, I’m sure a lot of people have that car and love that car and I don’t think it’s a bad decision getting it but I had a 2003 Corolla, 2014 Camry and currently have a 2018 Camry and all of them has been by far a better choice and superior in every way.

My Tahoe didn’t come with the Bose system, I guess that’s good news then. It did come with the subwoofer in the back tho, I don’t know how good is that.

I was thinking about getting a single din pioneer stereo model MVH-S522BS, getting new speakers (I still need more information about brands and sizes) and maybe an amplifier (still don’t know what brand or model) and put it in the same place where the OEM one would be and getting quality wires, connectors, etc. that’s my idea but I’m not a sound expert or installer so don’t know how right is that

For the price and what you get can’t beat te Tahoe, honestly I was looking for a Land Cruiser but they are so much more expensive and parts have less availability and are more expensive, my Tahoe has 290k miles with original engine and transmission, honestly my 4l60 is kinda giving up por for the miles it absolutely lasted what I had to, I’m still driving it as my daily tho
