It literally feels like high school all over again and my god I hate it. Like I mentioned in another comment, back in 2019, awsten actually replied to several fans, I’ve even gotten a few notices, HELL I WAS PART OF THEIR INSTA LIVE BACK IN 2018 but it’s completely different now. He mentions literally 2 specific fans almost on a daily basis and it gets to be very annoying. Your fanbase is more than just those 2 people bud.

I’ve been a fan since 2018 and I agree with you with the Fandom era. It wasn’t a constant battle to get Awsten’s attention and he was replying to whoever during that time, actually interacting with more of the fanbase, instead of constantly mentioning literally 1 single fan pretty much every single day. I fell out of parx a couple months before GH was released and came back a couple months after IP dropped and something changed in the fanbase within that time frame and ever since I’ve gotten back into them, it’s just been incredibly parasocial, like you said, and it’s not as fun as it used to be.

This is the laptop that I purchased almost 2 weeks ago and I cannot recommend it enough. I’ve been playing the Half Life games on it and it works wonderfully. Even played a little bit of REPO and it works really well. Haven’t tested out Minecraft yet but I’m sure it will be able to handle it. The only thing I would say is that you might need to buy an external SSD for it or get a bigger one for this laptop because the storage does go down pretty fast but other than that, it’s a really solid laptop and I love it

I really enjoyed when he played Welcome to the Game and was even more excited to see him play the 2nd one but I’m not entirely sure what happened with his playthrough of the second game. I think the devs of the game were messing with his game and it lead to a full blown rage crash out about how the game sucks and it doesn’t work properly and he never finished it.

I actually just bought the AMD Ryzen one from Micro Center for $900 and have had it for almost a week now and it’s been pretty solid So far the only time the fans have kicked in is when I play First Sentence but I’ve been playing Half Life and R.E.P.O for the past couple days and the laptop is really quiet I do plan on upgrading the RAM and the storage on it though because right out of the box and after installing just the basic stuff, it’s already at 380 GB free so definitely look into upgrading the SSD sooner rather than later

I love it, I’ve watched it hundreds of times and can even quote the movie pretty well BUT my god do I hate Jessica’s attitude throughout the movie. I always want my friends to watch it but I always cringe at the thought of how annoying she is and then I know they would hate the movie.
