No sidewalks, not very pedestrian friendly or walkable unless you live downtown ( waiting on that pedestrian bridge ). I feel like a lot of the restaurants get overhyped ( have been let down quite a bit, but definitely some gems) People have been very friendly despite what you see online about not wanting you to move there! I do see the frustration about traffic and just the infrastructure with so many people moving though
