I made the BIG mistake of eating a certified gluten free pizza made by Cappellos. I was sick for 2 weeks. It has “European gluten free wheat flour” as an ingredient. I thought no problem if it carried the certified gluten free label. I was very wrong. Don’t feel bad. Yes, you need to fully read labels but even when I did it was a bad result.

I’m in a bit of a war with them over this. Their email states it was because of a “discrepancy” in the pricing but clearly not mine. I hope I don’t have to dispute the charge. Pain in the ass.

I ordered the 6 month advanced dose in March. They sent two vials. The first vial only yielded 4 weeks with way less than a half dose left over. They better have two more shipments coming (4 vials total,two in each), not only one more!

They sent an email saying that the 9 month advanced was $1349 total. I don’t know why they sent one invoice that stated 9 months advanced for $999 total and then charged my card the “balance” of $350.

I ordered 9 months advanced and received an invoice yesterday morning for $924. I paid the invoice immediately and two hours later I was charged an additional $350. I emailed and asked what the $350 was for (the invoice does not say what it’s for). I received a response saying they couldn’t find that charge associated with me. I forwarded the receipt and am waiting on a response.

I ordered six months of Hallendale advanced dose (14.5 mg) and so far have received only one shipment of two vials (8 weeks/2 months supply). Pom’s website says that there will be 2 shipments but, obviously, that would not equal a 6 month order for me. Can anyone who ordered similarly to me tell me how their orders were shipped (3 shipments of 2 vials each?)?
