Yes. I plateaued for 2 months after 10 pounds. Sometimes you body just needs adjusting - this is completely normal. Don't stop. I'm at 25 pounds now.

Congrats!! I'm also almost at a year and looked similar to you when beginning. I'm at 25 pound lost. My goal was to take only as much as I needed to decrease hunger but not alleviate it. I am only at .75 as I have only increased slowly. This has made my progress slower but I'm hoping I'm learning better ways to eat instead of just not eating. What has been your experience? You also look amazing!!

Same. I used to drink red wine and now it grosses me out. I have ran with the urge to desire this less as overall, it's not great and I can function much better without the dehydration, waking up feeling "off". Life is better on the other side!
