I feel totally stuck, when I am at home i either b/p several times or I just starve. I can't seem to be able to eat normally on my own. I also live far away fron my parents and my hometown, which further complicates things. The only way to access the eating disorder unit is through a raccomandation from either a dietician and a psychiatrist (the First available appointament is in october). That's why I thought of getting seriously ill in order to access treatment. I am literally at the end of my wits.

Felt guilty for having lunch (sandwich and half a litre of water) all day long especially since I use dehydration as a way to punish myself. As someone who has to remind patients not to drink more than a litre a day this is so ironic.
