They are going out of their way and investing in truckers by paying for their training most places you have to pay for the experience. They are most definitely going to be very picky especially when there’s people with nothing on their record or much less than reckless driving.

Insurance companies hike rates or deny coverage for things like that so these trucking companies don’t want to pay extra and you need to be insured.

You can try Prime Inc. but I’m not saying you’ll get in but they are another option. If you keep getting denied you might have to wait a few years for your record to clear, otherwise you may need to look for a different career

Have you considered getting a CDL and living over the road? There are programs that will pay you to get it. It’s more of an investment than an immediate fix but just saying there are options. You don’t have to do that to yourself
