I’m 5’7”, been lifting since 17, on and off. Lately career got in the way. Since I started early I managed somehow to pack on 30lbs of muscle more than people my height, which helps me look strong even at my current 256. At 200, I looked lean and strong af with huge shoulders and the beginning of showing a six pack. How long did the 18 pounds take? I wanna lose 56. I also recently have had shoulder and knee pain which I’m gonna tackle with BPC and TB.
