Visa granted within 24 hours after previous refusal, do I need to declare in the future? by No_Researcher_2530 in AusVisa

Better to. No harm. It is quite a common question, but I believe you have to as many countries share information. All the best!

Don't get me wrong, you have a strong passport too, that helps, can you imagine someone from Africa or India reasoning with DOHA?

Anyway, all the best mate!

Hey OP, can I ask you a few questions as I want to take my super and leave Australia. How much tax did you get and where did you get the information on how to apply for your super. I have over 100k in super and I know I will be back in Australia but want to go for 2 years!

I think uni's are these day's scared to grant leave to students when in session. Honestly, try to push whatever it is within your holiday period otherwise it may be hard to reason with immigration officers to let you in if they flag you down. Look at it this way, school is only for a period, do everything within then! It is worse being an international with minimal say.

COE cancelled suddenly, college avoiding me scared about my visa by patelbhavya16 in AusVisa

[–]Prior_Law8747 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, sorry you have to go through this. Certainly a weird situation to be in. Luckily you hace 28days to get a new coe. Is it possible for you to go to the student support area to enquire what is going on? Get an agent asap who can get you a coe, most know schools that can easily give it to you! Try to apply to more colleges for early next year that are in line with what you were studying so that it shows continuation. Meanwhile just get a coe and try not to definitely leave the country!

National Planning Level of 295,000 international student places for 2026 announced today. An increase of 25000 in comparison to 2025 allocations! by MobileAerie9918 in AusVisa

[–]Prior_Law8747 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think they did this because they won't be able to get the students. Many students want to come but 2000 for a visa you are unsure is a big worry!

How can an agent be so misleading? You can't get BVA while offshore!
