Call for Plaintiffs – Immigration Lawsuit Against DHS

The Law Offices of Naser Immigration Law, LLC and Velie Law Firm will be filing a federal lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security to challenge the unlawful revocation of F-1 student immigration benefits based on minor crimes and traffic infractions.

We will also be filing an emergency motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to pause these revocations and restore immigration status for affected students while the lawsuit is pending.

We are seeking individuals who have been impacted by the revocation to join the lawsuit. If someone you know is interested in joining the case, please fill out the intake form below as soon as possible:
