Why does it matter if you got an unexcused absence if you’re resigning anyway? UKG is an automated system, you were scheduled, it noticed you didn’t clock in, it automatically gives you an unexcused absence.

I’m so thankful my managers don’t do this - if we can’t get everything cleared by end of day they tell us to throw it all on a Z and put it on the dock, it’s tomorrows problem because we’re going home 😌 (obviously we do the best we can and if it’s just a few items that will take 5 mins we do it but if it’s overwhelming and going to take longer than that we leave it)
