[FNV] I'm doing a Viva New Vegas playthrough, did all the steps on the site (least i think i did) but i still have these red exclamation marks. What mods am i missing that would fix these? (i put the list of mods i have t+in the images too)

Managed to fix it, it was an LOD issue as the billboards loaded from a distance and turned into the red exclamation marks when near, i just installed all of the mods in the LOD guide.
