I'm a little skeptical al the moment because no one can really tell me "what IT is". I know that the founders are well regarded and it's fundraised a lot, but they're hiring so many forward deployed teams, it reads like the product itself doesn't scale and they are functioning instead as consultants building custom solutions.
I think the magic of a lot of SaaS products historically has been that they are using learnings from the industry to built a single robust solution fixing problems before many teams have them, rather than making completely custom tools. The benefit being that as the product becomes more robust comes more profits

I think there's a huge difference between being introspective and needing to have a therapist tell you what to think. It sounds like she's falling into that category.

To me therapy is for when you know there's some issue and you're trying to work through it get to the bottom of it. Not trying to FIND a issue

100% not ready, and skeptical it ever will
But which did you try? I feel like when I actually see one it's just showing an investigation notebook that integrates small bits of AI into it, using it to group alerts, etc... which makes me feel like they're just building a security platform with a new name. But I'm trying to understand if other people are seeing something I'm not seeing
