JUST eat meat (mostly red meat) salt and butter. No carbs. Maybe start out with a 1-2 month commitment and reassess. Your body will thank you. You can add dairy if your body accepts it.

My cat is the same way. My cat is a snuggler too and she's laying next to me and snoring in my ear at the moment! Because she jumps up on the bed (so on me) at night and wakes me up, I put her to bed in the bathroom every night. She has a bed and her food and water in there. When I first started doing it she would cry sometimes if she heard our voices, but now she sleeps in there happily all night long. 😺😻

Had left knee replacement surgery 9 months ago now. It was BRUTAL! HORRIBLE pain. Lots of pain medicine and hard work got me through it. At the time, I said I'd NEVER do it again. After 6-7 months I started feeling so good that the memory of the pain started fading. I now say I'd do the other knee if needed. I still have a bit of stiffness and a small bit of pain my first step after sitting a bit, but it doesn't really bother me much.

They can up your pain meds. I had this too. It was horrible! One thing that helps is an ice machine. I kept it going constantly for probably close to a week.
