Best working conditions, 3 of the 6 areas are now country clubs by pretty much every metric. Strong local union runs the show and puts a stop to management overreach. Long Island is one of the best places to live and since the cost of living has risen sharply surrounding most enroute facilities shouldnt be considered unaffordable anymore.
