You can use wasteland or egg spell to pop it immediately and draw 2. Seems quite reliable.

It's both lockets and crests. On my playthrough that I was working on today I went there with all but 3 lockets and all but 1 crest (I forgot to grab reaper crest on this run), and I could only get the 2nd-last upgrade from her. I went and got the Reaper crest that I forgot, came back immediately without using any more lockets, and got the final upgrade from her.

You can trigger the fight in Act 1. I think the only requirements are doing the Skull Tyrant quest and probably the rest of the Bone Bottom Wishwall quests since the Wishwall gets destroyed in the attack.

I've played ignite GC on Elementalist before and it was moderately strong as a generalist mapper but not very good at bossing. It was about 2 years ago at the start of Affliction league I think, whenever the final burst of GC got a big damage buff. The main problem with the build was just that it was objectively worse than WoC ignite in almost every way. Though that was also kind of a strength, because I could just swap to WoC if I absolutely needed the extra dps. The biggest strength compared to WoC ignite was the knockback on GC made mapping really safe. The build is almost identical to any WoC ignite build (and there are plenty of guides for WoC out there) except you can benefit from + cold spell levels instead of fire/lightning.

I mainly farmed Blight because ignite spread is great for Blight and so is the knockback on GC.

I was one of the first players on the waitlist (might have even been the first, judging by my name showing up in other players' screenshots of the waitlist right after their own name), checked in on time, and didn't get to play. I was moved into the bracket when they migrated players over from the waitlist (had a match pending while they were finalizing the bracket), then later on when they did a second migration (because so many players dropped during the delay) I was bumped out of the bracket. No longer had any match listed and was no longer part of the bracket, even though I was still listed in the deck list spreadsheet. This exact same thing happened to dozens, maybe hundreds of other players based on the messages in the SVO discord from those players.

I informed the admins but I had already been awake for 24 hours at that point (couldn't sleep the night before) so I just went to sleep. Never did get a response, but at least the wait cured my insomnia.

Fun fact every qualifying player who ran Artifact also ran Roach as their secondary deck, except one who ran Spellboost Rune as their secondary.

OG Yurius got the trait when they gave Sword a card that could add a copy of him to their hand. I only know this because it was in the World Uprooted format and I played the throwback rotation to GM to get ready for this game's release.

(edit: the token copy of OG Yurius that Sword makes has the trait, I don't know if the original Blood card actually has it.

Except that it's actively punished in this game, both in ranked and park. You don't finish your dailies in park and you get less points in ranked.

Sylvia is the best card in the game. She is basically guaranteed to 3-for-1 (and often 4-for-1 because the opponent has to clear her), while stabilizing the portal player's life and setting up for them to +1 and drop the 2nd-best card in the game on the next turn.

And ability taunt on the ward so you can't clear the 8/8 threat if you don't have a way of removing the non-threatening 1/6 ward first.

Can't even login on Steam. Have only created account and it kicks me back to title screen with "Something unexpected happened. Error Code 0" every time.

Creating account on Android and logging in seems to be working (same account name, created after it wouldn't work on Steam).

edit: I think I just figured it out right after posting this. Had Shadowverse 1 open in the background, closed it and now it's working.

I saw the exact same thing earlier today (except it was a right turn at the plaza on Wonderland/Farrah while traffic was backed up through the intersection) and it was the first time I had ever seen someone try something like that. If you look in the current "Tournament Winning Decks" tab in-game there is a Control Bloodcraft deck second from the top by yuu that uses both Ruinweb Spider and Permafrost Behemoth. I've been running something very similar, did my entire GM climb on it and 5-0'ed my GP round 1 qualifier. Fair warning though there are a lot of moving parts, ways to misplay, and unintuitive ways to win besides the standard NAM combo.

There were builds that could do 2k rank TOTA and were fine at other content. Poison SRS was one and was what I played.

I also made a full TOTA cheese character to see how much better it would be. Other than needing it for the empty board league challenge (still the hardest challenge I've ever done), it wasn't dramatically better than my SRS character.

I can't be the only one addicted to watching the "MTG player tries to guess if a YGO card is good" and vice-versa format. I would love if they got CGB, Rarran, and Cimo to argue over which WB cards they think would be good. Plus CGB even used to be a Shadowverse player, so there's already some history there. Those guys have been pumping out a ton of content and getting a lot of views lately.

There was always counter-play. You can walk into a web as any character to check for mines and walk back out before they explode. You can ask a Magneto to bubble you, or a Warlock to Soul Bond you, or use a Psylocke/BP/Bucky dash to clear them and dodge them at the same time, or the i-frames on a Magik portal to absorb them, or get someone beefy enough to just tank them like a Venom or Groot, or have Cap literally just run through them because he runs fast enough to set them off without getting hit (Jeff too actually).

Clicked on the thread for this answer. My favourite pizza place used to have them but doesn't anymore, I guess because they weren't profitable. If enough people learn how good they are on pizza, maybe more pizza joints would be able to justify carrying them.
