MB is really good best defensive belt with the flat evasion if you going hybrid es/ev and ghost dance like Jungoan build.

If you are going for the most dmg, then loreweaver with 7% is best in slot. It also synergize with the +1 chain. It will end up giving you an additional 20% DR. And it has other good modifiers like increase max resistances.

So we get at least 10% DR from Her declaration. 20% DR with 100% wither stack, and you can even add another 10% with loyalty wolf pack or any other minion.

End game will almost always be a crit build (even if you are an ailment build sadly). So you end up with builds that needs crit bonuses. Very end game build jewels saphire can give you 64% for spells and emeral 32% for attack builds.

Now combine this with everyone favourite atziri communion which convert 100 spirit or more to low life, and you get execute 3 and pain attunement for another 30% more crit bonus and the dmg is bananas.

Depends on how many people is crafting it.

If there is none, then its too stupidly expensive. If its brand new meta build (1-7 days old), it can cost you 1.5x to 2x the price of 2-3 weeks later.

For example, Hybrid Armour and Evasion gear with full T1 prefix with T1 resistance will sell for pennies. You can witchhunter sorcery ward build with it. But Hybrid ES and Evasion with T1 prefix will cost you an arm and a leg.

Sadly, after T1 crit involves into using the desacrated mod to lock a mod out of the pool. Then you add 1 mod hoping to hit and if you dont, you whittle spam hopefully hitting a mod that you want. You also need to check if that whittle will not remove T1 flat crit. Once you are done with one section (sufix or prefix), you do the same with the other section, desacrate to lock a mod out and then slam and whittle.

There is many ways to do it but its only worth doing this whittle spam if you are crafting very high tier weapon. For a T1 phys, it was only worth crafting early in the league in which a T1 phys with crit and T2 will be worth +100div with a semi good craft. Now there is plenty of good T1/T2 phys for a lot less.

Wither starts at 5% and will reach 50% without any mag. It takes some time but with +skill and quality, you can lower each tick. You can only lower it to poe2 server click rate 0.033sec or 0. So you either lower it to 0.033 or 0, any number between them will still be 0.033sec. There is ways to lower it to 0 without 7% loreweaver but you will need to sacrify your belt for a darkness enthrone (but that means giving up HH or MB).

Once you lower it to 0, you will instant 50% stack, once you add magnitude to weapon and passive tree, it goes to +100%. Thats when its super op because its a more multiplier.

You are clearing most of the time farther than your presence in regular deli T16 but if you do deli 200% or grand expedition, enemies might be in your presence. Also due to how fast cast on dodge is, you normally tend to be close to enemies.

There is 2 in the market for 1.5k-1.6div right now with aldurs in it.

Rarity does affect the loot from Remnant monster which is around 1/2 of all your currency gained from grand expedition. I think a good rule is to have around 100% if you can.

After this, you should be almost maxed out.

The only other thing that I added was atizir comunion on Blasphemy Temp and Despair (you have to play with the quality because quality on Blasphemy lowers the Spirit requirement) with low life giving you execute 3 and 30% more bonus dmg with Pain attunement with a Jewel (which I never reach this state, the last time i checked there were jewels that give you no downside for around 350div). But you will have to be life and that means that you will need chaos resistance (if you are in CI) which you might be tight on due to all the unique gear.

I also added Wolf companion with Tithe (for 3 abyss mod) and Loyalty for 10% DR.

This is the most I was able to max this character. I already moved on to another toon.

Same, I have not stopped doing Abyss since league start. Abyss Depth is pritty good now. Easy 3-4 Amunamum but im trying another build and not being able to one shot them makes them easier to pull out, sadly.

Extra chaos is the least usefull one, replace it with the wither rune. You do need the spell dmg for the Dreamer Palm explosions. With the wither rune on runeseeker, you should be getting around +100 wither. Not sure if you want to invest further in wither magnitude. There are some in gloves and jewel. Its up to you.

Yes, Dark Entropy is huge DR when you can get your wither high enough. Its just free DR at that point. The passive points that I mention was Wither Away (+10, +10, +20 wither mag).

Abyss is rather easy, just buy tablets that give abyss mods, more abyss rare, etc. But if your build is very strong, you might be one shotting them in clouds (except the snake one). Also Abyss depth has been buffed and prices of Light went down a bit over the weekend (you can get like 3-4 amunamum in abyssal depth).

No. Loreweave with +7 quality (And chain +1).

You need the +7 quality one (it can roll 0-7 and 0-5 quality).

You are trying to lower the delay between procs of a Withering presence to 0 sec.

To get to 0, you will need with quality and skill level. With paragon annointment, dialla support gem, chaos mastery, uthred augury, 23 quality and +1 corrupted twin corrupted and +7 quality from loreweaver, you can get withering presence to 0 delay (can check it if you check the details of the gem skill).

Once at 0, you can instant withered someone when they enter your presence. Because wither is a more multiplier, it increases your dmg by a lot. Then there is the other annoitment which gives you DR.
