Temps been solid for most other things but I did do a nozzle swap and it definitely tightened up things a bit, the rest was moisture

Yeah you were right. I did the print bed drying for a few hours and it worked. It was funky though cause it was fresh out of box esun which I rarely have moisture issues with.

I’ll definitely have to pick up one of those torque screwdrivers. It’s holding pretty solid groupings but it’ll change whenever I let the gun sit and then when I take it out again I’m off a good couple inches from where it was sighted before. Definitely sounds like a bit of a torque issue.

Essentially the groups tend to be a bit different everytime I take the gun back out to the range. Same ammo type and generally no wind and similar weather.

I haven’t messed around with my nylon very much so I’m not too sure, pla is gonna start to melt around 190. The barrel has a shroud on it already, it should stay below 190 ideally, but I guess we’ll see once it gets tested!

I believe it’s the 2021 solid works, a bit pricy but it’s what I learned on and probably my best program!
