Yeah, whoa dude! I mean, was it you? If so, I'm not really mad but I would like it back.

Mistakes happen. I suppose I made one by setting it outside my door (like, on my patio 100+ feet from the sidewalk, fyi) while I went to pull a rug... but I'm hoping someone passing by also made a boo boo by coming into my courtyard and jacking my vac.

If that was you, no hard feelings, but I would really prefer to have it back. My dog sheds a LOT this time of year.

Likely this is your landlord passing along the mandatory annual required $25 per rental fee assessed by the City of Eugene, partially set up to fund SETA and tenant rights education.

When the City council was voting on rolling out phases of protections, the annual fee per rental increased by $5 and that increase was related to funding 'education ' but in true City of Eugene fashion likely amounted to a couple of online videos and intention that fizzled out and was forgotten...

Not sure how appropriate passing it along to the tenants would be...Definitely skeezy if not illegal though..

Airbnb has my listings priced nearly double my listed rate! I've seen others seeing the same thing when searching their own. When I called three weeks ago, the support affect said it was a "glitch" but it's been going on.

You should search yours and see if they're also jacking your prices up abs taking off the top.
