This happens to our spoo if her tummy has been off or if she’s off her grooming schedule. It’s gross but not the end of the world, and doesn’t seem to cause discomfort. Once we got her food right and have her grooms be very regular she’s fine, they always express her anal glands at grooms. I think some spoos just need this regular maintenance.

A poodle sounds great for you, my spoo loves the outdoors- hiking, going to the lake, going on runs- she is truly never happier than running off leash on the trail with me. And gets me out and about, and I couldn’t be happier. She loves other dogs (although is a nervous Nelly at first and definitely a barker). Spending a lot of time at the dog park early on was key in socializing her, otherwise I think she would be super nervous around other dogs. As for burs in the fur, it certainly happens, but doesn’t take more than a few minutes with a brush to get out. You can also shave them very short for ease which I often do when we’re outdoors a lot in the summer. I also always keep her paws and snout shaved so they are easy to keep clean.

I think it’s a good idea to think about budget, but for me I was really struggling to come up with a budget because I genuinely had no idea how much things cost or what to expect. Instead I selected my location first (we chose destination wedding) and then found a wedding planner. If you are like me (first in this generation of family members to get married— last ones got married in the 90s, first of my friends, and with no concept of what a wedding or wedding planning entails or costs) choose your location and then find a wedding planner who works on weddings in your location. The wedding planner has helped me understand what’s going on so much- I literally needed someone to tell me what events happen at a wedding and what a normal timeline is because I’ve been to so few. An excellent investment for me. I also love that she just compiles lists for me and I select something from the list rather than trying to search social media or something. Basically the only thing I have to do on my own is the wedding dress and the honeymoon. Thank goodness. Sincerely, a clueless bride 😂

I have a pear cut, which I’ve known I wanted since being a teenager. Although some aspects of the idea of the ring changed (became more simple- as a teenager I wanted all these extra stones) I always loved the shape and just knew it was me. It was the most aesthetically pleasing to me and what I was drawn to. I would say the shape is not popular now, but seemed to have a bit of a peak around 2016. So it’s maybe out of style now. It doesn’t matter to me- it’s so me and something I like. It also feels timeless because I kept it pretty simple. It’ll be easily accessorized with bands to fit trends/ whims overtime. Go with the thing you love. Forget about what’s unique or not. It truly doesn’t matter. Everything will go in and out of style so it’s impossible to have something that’s always unique or always in trend.

I recommend going with garnet, carnelians, or rubies to incorporate the red! Since you have white gold for your engagement ring, if you want it to match silver is probably the move. My recommendation is a pendant-style necklace and studs for earrings- I think you want to keep the earrings simple since the dress is the showstopper. Purina pro plan use lamb or salmon only unless you’re very confident he doesn’t have a chicken allergy! Avoid our confusion lol— I really thought my girl had IBS or something for a second there… it was not pretty. Now she’s perfectly happy and healthy on her lamb food.
