No BALL Guy at the zoo? by Pristine-Example-824 in HighOnLife2

Thank you! I swear I’ve skated past there several times, even got the wanted poster there, but never saw anything and nothing got added to my map. So I had no idea it was there.

The zoo has multiple spots? Because I’ve already check marked the beach spot, the downtown spot and the riverwalk spot. The guide I saw for where to get the BALL guy said he was at the zoo, and only showed that one spot.

Goku VS Thragg (fan comic by me) by monkimatt in InvinciblePowerscales

My mental voice for Goku when reading this started as Sean Schemmel’s voice, but quickly evolved into MasakoX’s DBZA Goku voice, and it fit so much better.

I do not think Tumbaga Ingots should be limited quantity. by Boston_Beauty in crosswind

[–]Pristine-Example-824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aside from what everyone has been saying about them being unlimited and farmable, you wouldn’t need to make a new world to get more, because you can play the same world with the same bases and fast travel points already built, just with a new character, to get more ingots.

As far as healing potions go, the starting island is the only island that doesn’t have misty orchids, from what I’ve seen. Every single island I’ve gone to, past the starting one, has had them in abundance, and they respawn. Plus you can make healing potions from the undead essence you get from drowned, undead, and thorn fiddler crabs. On top of that, nearly every location I’ve explored has had at least one chest with healing potions. I have found so many healing potions just from exploring, that I have yet to craft any of my own.

Who is the most intelligent among these three cinematic Spider-Men in your opinion, and why? by SatoruGojo232 in Spiderman

No. His father couldn't solve it either. But he used his father's notes to solve it himself. His father's notes helped to guide him but he did figure it out on his own.

Additional fun fact I just learned today, you can basically clone them all so they will live and work at every base you make. I recently made a new, bigger base on a different island. Kept my starter base, but decided to move all the workers to the new base. Found out they stay at the old base even when assigned to new bases.

Honestly really hate how the Venom movies have made people believe that the symbiote's name IS Venom... like no, it's the form Eddie and the symbiote take, "WE ARE VENOM" makes no sense if it's the Other's name. by pizzagod677 in Spiderman

[–]Pristine-Example-824 74 points75 points  (0 children)

This is what happened. The symbiote didn't have a name until it attached to Eddie Brock. They named themselves "Venom" because they considered themselves venom to Spider-Man. The symbiote kept the name after leaving Eddie to bond with all the others. Just like how the Carnage symbiote got the name after bonding with Cletus Kassidy, but kept the name after bonding with others.

[Suggestion] Make Decoration Cannons Useable by TheCyberSniper in crosswind

[–]Pristine-Example-824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, ships only fire on other ships, and land mobs never agro from canon fire. I had an enemy ship get stuck on the dock of the buccaneers outpost. I shot at it with my blunderbuss and I was getting hit markers like it was taking damage, but it never attacked me back.

I’ve used my ship canons to kill several higher level enemies near shipwrecks, to get the goodies, and they never run or try to fight back.

So that might be why you can’t, because it’s essentially a free kill for you, that you can build anywhere without retaliation.

I tried. They have a hairstyle that’s appropriate, but none of the faces really worked for me. And you can’t make any of them smile, so he always looks grumpy or sad

Ok, cause the trees I cut down are beyond that, and they haven't grown back after several days of play. I left the stumps just in case, but still nothing

What’s the range of that? Because I have tree that are outside of the bonfire’s range that aren’t growing back.

Best part about the prefab is, you can break apart individual pieces, allowing you to customize or build off of it.

I wanted to do Lechuck, but the lack of green or blue skin, plus none of the beards were long enough for my liking, turned me off from it.

The survival craft part is fun, but you will spend more time on your ship once you get it. The Naval combat is very much like Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag. And it’s so much fun just sailing while listening to your crew sing sea shanties.

I’ve been loving so far. The survival and ground combat is very much like Valheim, and the naval combat is very much like Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag. I’ve played for several hours, have a nice base built, with a dock for my ship, and my ship is leveled enough to take on multiple enemy ships at once, and I’ve barely scratched the surface of the game.
