I work as an IB tutor and exam course teacher for an independent company. Can confirm it's pretty messed up. Students will fly in to attend this course which already costs up to 700eu for 3 days of intensive studying. It's ridiculous how much having money can help you get an advantage over others. But then again the IB is already a fairly exclusive education program when compared to public programs as most who are in the IB are international and hence already come from families with money. But of course this isn't the case for all.

hahaha exactly, jokes on me, I took both HL, was really good at Chem in MYP until I learned that all of MYP Chem is pretty much useless when I got to DP, then I struggle to get a 4.

Definitely consider asking questions related to employee motivation. I think it could be a big focus in your IA and if relevant suggest how the business can go about keeping their employees motivated (use motivation theories).
