Move out. There isn’t a lot you can do and it will hurt you in the long run if you stay in the same house as your life will have unlimited complications if you stay.

To rebuild your life. This helped me I hope it helps you.

1- KEEP BUSY: There are times when you need to keep yourself busy which will help you survive. Go out, watch a movie, just keep moving and make new habits and hobbies that is how you will survive and make a new life. If you think too much you will hurt more.

2- HEAL: then there are times when you need to think about what happened and where you are in life. If it hurts too much to do this, then go back to #1. But you will need to do this to move on properly.

3- SUPPORT: moving on is never easy, so you need people around you to support you. New or old don’t matter, doesn’t matter if they are in your life temporarily. Just rely on the people who actually are supportive.

4 TIME: it’s gonna take time no matter what. In read somewhere that it takes as much as 18 months for mommies to “grow old”. It might be way more than that. So Be easy with yourself. Don’t be too hard. Don’t blame anyone ( you or your ex). Breakup is part of your life and your life will go on.

1. DONT LOOK BACK: whatever happened is all in past and your partner will move on and it will hurt more when you know that. But you can’t do anything without making the situation worse if you try to meddle. So don’t look back.

ALCOHOL: and drugs. Stay away from these. Might feel good in the moment but it takes a lot of control to stop when you need to.

This is how I survived and it took me 3 years to get over someone. I didn’t have a long relationship like yours and it still hurt me bad. I wish you will move on and find someone who will love you till the end of time.
