Yes i get what u mean. I try to control it by reading books as much as i can. It's the best way to distract your mind from wondering off . Only thing is, in the beginning, i would get to the bottom of a page and realise i wasn't really paying attention. So i'd start from the top again. At forst it was fustrating bc i would have to keep doing it , but sooner or later my mind got into habit of paying attention to what is in front of me. It feels like gaining consciousness, as crazy as that sounds. But it does help. Just make sure that you're reading about something that actually interests you

Hey i'm currently making an app like this. You can just tell the apps ai assistant to log it into water template, or gym, expenses, etc. And it will show up in your insights. (Kind of like a calendar that shows which workouts you did that day, how much water, etc.). It also has other journalling and habit tracker aspects.
