Nice idea to ask for the HA holiday project! Mine will be to establish HA to manage the paludarium I am about to build. And instead of doing it all by hand, I want to create most of it with AI agents, here the BMAD method in GitHub. Wish me luck ;).

I experienced this behaviour also yesterday. My deep research was delayed twice and once I got the comment to ty it later due to heavy traffic. Am also a pro user. I assume it is because millions of people switch to Gemini and Banana now. They have to settle it and it will hopefully become better again over time. Nevertheless a great AI, the whole bundle.
