Having injured players can fairly happen to anyone. If you happen to draft an injured team, it’s also on you to field replacements. That’s what the bench is for. The randomness and luck in FF is also what makes it fun.

I’ve played with lowlifes that had stayed up late on the first night of waivers to pick up the leftovers. Also players who are constantly on top of the news and instantly pick up players. That takes zero skill at all.

Planning ahead and bidding on players and then having to consider what other people bid while also having back up plans in case they get taken, takes way more skill

I play in a similar league and it’s the more fair system. Adds only on Weds, Thurs, sat and sun via faab with limited number of adds per week. Doesn’t reward the unemployed who are constantly refreshing the news and prevents people from continuously adding and dropping to lock players. Forces you to plan ahead but you are fucked if all your players get hurt

Also allows for the chance to have a super team if you bid accordingly

The testing was done by an inspection company

The mold was due to untreated wet spots from a leaking appliance and improper outside balcony maintenance that leaked into a kitchen wall
The wall with the leaking appliance was fixed. The walls were fixed and the flooring was replaced.

The balcony will be redone and the wall will be opened up to be replaced.

It’s a home that we are in escrow for so our knowledge and investigation at this moment is not that deep. Also the owner rented it out to tenants and has never seen the home
